MSSL U23's - League Rules

FIFA Rules

The fees are $80, $50, $50 for a 90 minute game and $70, $45, $45 for a 70 minute
game.  Each team pays half the fees.  Half times are no longer than 10
minutes.  FIFA rules are used for these games.  For example, substitutions
are unlimited at any stoppage at your discretion.

USASA passes are checked against the roster.  During the initial season, if
a pass is not shown than the player must show you a picture document.  The
id can be a license, student id, etc.  I will leave it up to you whether the
document is proper, ie. passport is good.  Remember the name must be on the
roster.  The League allows 3 U26 players.  The remaining players must be
U23.  The maximum roster is 18 players and 3 coaches, all must be carded.

Hold passes during the game.  Do not take passes for ejections.  Just send
in the report with the pass information.
