· Ejection of a Parent, or any other person involved/attending game.

· Unsafe playing field/conditions or other unsafe equipment issues.

· Coach, parent, player and/or spectator extreme behavior/incident.

· Team does not have a Match Card.

· One or both teams did not show up.

· Forfeit by one team.

· Abandoned game for any reason.

· Any other situation that the referee feels warranted / worthy of reporting in
